An Incredibly Amateur Interview is a short documentary about Theatre Unmade, a local theatre company dedicated to providing theatre opportunities to youth aged 16-25. This short film was created by the participants of Reel Stories, a youth documentary filmmaking program offered by Ed Video, with funding support from the J.P. Bickell Foundation. Facilitated by Guelph-based filmmaker, Steve Miller, Reel Stories led youth in grades 4-8 through the filmmaking process, teaching skills in writing, interviewing, camera operation, lighting, sound recording and video editing, and empowering participants to be creative and share their voice with the world. The program launched in September 2024 and ran for 8 weeks on a bi-weekly basis, concluding in January 2025.
