Ed Video is looking for a dedicated advocates and ambassadors with time to volunteer to join its Board of Directors!
Ed Video is a leader in the creation, promotion, and appreciation of independent media art in Canada. We are an inclusive and innovative educational centre that supports artists and diverse communities in all aspects of media arts. Anyone can become a member, take part in workshops and events, or rent equipment. Our members include professional and emerging artists as well as arts supporters who understand and value the stories, images, and identities that artists create and share in Guelph and beyond.
Join our dynamic team by becoming a board member. We’re particularly interested in people with skill or experience in the following areas:
- Media Art and/or Independent Film Production
- Non-profit fundraising
- Financial Management
- Community engagement
- Getting stuff done
- Coming up with good ideas
New Board members must be willing to attend a monthly board meeting, and to participate on one committee.
