This project marks the beginning of Ed Video Media Arts Centre’s 50th year of operations in Guelph. Founded in 1976 by artists affiliated with the Fine Arts Department at the University of Guelph (pre-SOFAM), Ed Video has grown alongside Guelph Arts Council, which is celebrating its 51st anniversary. Along this journey, we have created a legacy of important intersections, shaped by collaboration and reciprocity, that have empowered both organizations to advance their mandates within an evolving arts landscape.
