About this Event

Learn the basic tools required to unlock your short- or feature-length screenplay ideas.

Experience Level: Beginner

Writing for film requires both a good story and a solid understanding of the craft of screenwriting. During this 3-part introductory workshop series, we will explore the basic tools required to unlock your short- or feature-length screenplay ideas. Topics covered include loglines, premise, theme, character, structure, dialogue and symbol.

Participants should bring their screenplay ideas to the first session. No experience necessary!
